CSV to Excel Offline Privacy Policy

CSV to Excel Offline is a local-first Android utility for previewing a selected CSV or TSV document and creating an XLSX workbook.

Selected Documents

The app uses Android's system document picker and can read only a document the user selects or explicitly shares with the app. It does not request broad storage, camera, contacts, or location permission.

Local Processing

Delimiter detection, encoding, preview generation, blank and duplicate row checks, and XLSX creation happen on the device. Selected documents and workbook contents are not uploaded to a developer server.

Saved and Shared Results

The user chooses where to save a generated workbook through Android's document interface. Sharing starts only when the user taps Share.

Advertising

The app includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform. These services may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network information, app interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and platform operation. Privacy or consent choices are shown where required before ads are requested. See the Google Privacy Policy.
