Sort Privacy Policy

Overview
Sort is a local document sorting board. It helps you record bill photos, school papers, delivery images, office files, shop notes, customer documents, vendor files, and related follow-up items.
Local File Handling
Sort uses the Android document picker when you attach a file. Selected file contents are not uploaded by Sort to a developer server. Sort may store the file display name and document URI locally on your device so the saved sort card can reopen the file later.
Data Stored On Device
Sort can store sort-card metadata locally, including title, source or owner, stage, date, note, file display name, document URI, and created date. This data is used to show your saved local sorting board.
Advertising And Consent
Sort uses Google AdMob for ads and Google User Messaging Platform for consent. Google services may collect or share ad-related data such as device identifiers, approximate diagnostics, ad interactions, and consent signals for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Permissions
Sort uses internet and network state permissions for ads and consent. Sort does not request broad storage access, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or location permissions.
Limits
Sort is not a scanner, damaged-file recovery tool, authority verification service, print compatibility checker, cloud sync service, file converter, automatic storage cleaner, or broad office document suite. It does not promise automatic file organization, upload acceptance, printing, document approval, or third-party service results.
