TripKit Boards is a local-first travel planning app that stores trip boards, packing items, and reminder preferences on your device in this release.
Data we collect
TripKit Boards does not require account creation and does not collect personal data on our servers in this release.
Data stored on your device
The app stores:
- trip board titles and destinations
- packing items, notes, tags, and bag assignments
- traveler labels that you choose to enter
- reminder preferences
- device backup files that you choose to save from the app
How data is used
Your data is used only to:
- show upcoming trip boards
- surface due packing items
- support reminder notifications
- save and restore device backup files
Sharing
TripKit Boards does not sell your personal data and does not share your trip data with third parties in this release.
Security
Your trip data remains on your device in this release. If you choose to save a device backup from inside the app, that backup file is stored locally on your device as well.
